Raise your hand if you can’t wait for taco Tuesday! I love tacos but hate mass-produced taco seasoning that contain junk fillers. Did you know it is actually SUPER EASY to make your own delicious seasoning that will keep well in the pantry? It tastes awesome and your body will thank you for putting only good ingredients in.

This seasoning works on any base – ground beef, ground turkey, ground chicken, and even meatless options tofu, tempeh, lentils, quinoa, chickpeas, etc…

Ingredients
4 Tbsp chili powder 1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder 2 tsp paprika
1 tsp crushed red pepper
6 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp salt
1 drop oregano vitality EO
3 drops black pepper vitality EO

Directions
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and store in an airtight container. I use a shaker bottle for easy dispensing when needed.
2. Sprinkle as much seasoning as desired over protein while browning. I use approximately 1 Tbsp of this mixture per pound of protein.
3. Serve hot: in taco shells, tortillas, over greens/rice for a taco bowl

*favorite taco fixings in our house are guacamole, limes, sauted peppers and onions, pinto beans, black beans, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, plain greek yogurt or sour cream, salsa, roasted corn, black olives, and chopped cilantro.

    1. Hi Katy, thanks for stopping by my site. If you are having formatting issues, I suggesting doing the website chat with yldist through their portal on a desktop computer. They have been very helpful for me in the past. Good luck!
