How to reclaim a relationship that lost its spark

Remember when the relationship was fun? When it made you giddy just thinking about the next time you could see each other. When it was easy. When it made total sense and you felt like you were MFEO – for all my Sleepless in Seattle fans. You were going to beat the odds and be the ones that were mushy 24/7 and you weren’t going to care that it embarrassed your teenagers.

Fast forward. Somewhere along the way, the shininess wore off.

You added kids, pets, work, stress, schedules, activities, hobbies…life; and a few years later you wake up and feel like you have no connection other than a shared calendar of upcoming events. Your infrequent date nights turn into tactical meetings to figure out who is driving to which events, where dinner is coming from each night, and if you’re really ambitious – which nights intimacy is a possibility.

If any of this rings a bell, you might need an exercise in reconnection. I want to help you find the fun in your relationship again. I want to show you that in just 10 days, you can start to regain some of the trust, support, respect, and sense of happy anticipation that you once experienced.

I’m offering you a 10-day series with one thing to focus on each day. It’s not complicated but it will be work, and it will be worth it.
