Raise your hand if you are a busy woman, running a household and trying to figure out how to fit your self-care into everything you do each day?

A very wise person once told me that taking care of yourself first is truly one of the most selfless acts of service. Think about it, taking care of you helps you take care of others.


Hi, my name is Meghan and it’s an honor to be a part of this group and learn alongside you how to create a less toxic environment in my home, how to stay organized, and spring clean like a boss.

Now that we have our homes in order, when was the last time you took a minute to focus on you and your physical health?
